I step in as a product leader for mission-driven teams who want clear direction and real impact. Sometimes that’s embedded leadership, sometimes it’s advisory, but the work is the same: make sense of complexity, name the real problem, and translate it into a plan a team can ship.
I’m a hands-on, player-coach product leader. I move comfortably from strategy to shipping, staying close to users, data, and the actual work of building. I partner tightly with design and engineering, creating alignment and keeping momentum without sacrificing craft. I leave teams sharper than I found them through clarity, good questions, and shared judgment.
I build products that earn trust, especially in spaces where AI is part of the workflow. I bring responsible AI, grounded in value, focusing on the choices that make experiences useful, understandable, and safe, and on the habits that help teams learn quickly and ship what matters.
