Hi, I’m Nat.
I’m a product leader by craft and a coach by orientation. I've led product teams across consumer, workplace, and care technology, and I've coached and supported leaders through the harder, messier parts of building.
Building products and building a livelihood are not separate conversations.
The systems we design shape how we work, and who we become. I partner with teams on product direction and delivery, and I work with leaders through the human parts of growing.
Sometimes that looks like embedded product leadership, stepping in to set direction and unblock delivery. Sometimes it looks like individual coaching, a steady place to think, decide, and grow.
