Individual Coaching

Coaching for the messy, real work of building a livelihood that fits

You might recognize yourself here.

The people I coach are often product managers, designers, founders, engineers, artists, writers, musicians, and community leaders. They are thoughtful. They carry responsibility. They want to do good work in the world without disappearing themselves in the process.

  • Some are growing into leadership and want to do it with integrity.

  • Some are considering a career shift and want to move thoughtfully.

  • And others are rebuilding after burnout, loss, or identity change.

They want a livelihood that actually feels like theirs.

“Nat's insights and encouragement gave me the confidence and clarity to lead with purpose.”

―Sondra, Founder & Product Manager

What building products has taught me.

My background in product leadership gives me lived empathy for the complexity of modern work. The ambiguity, the pressure to decide without perfect information, the trade-offs that never feel clean, the human dynamics that shape every outcome.

I understand what it feels like to hold vision while navigating alignment challenges. To care about craft and impact.

To want both excellence and humanity.

Product has shaped how I think about growth.

I believe in iteration. In small experiments. In testing a direction before overcommitting. In treating your career and leadership as evolving systems that can be redesigned with care.

In our work together, we operate at both levels. Strategy and self. Clear thinking and embodied awareness. External impact and internal alignment.

“Nat helped me redefine leadership on my terms and build the skills and mindset to lead with authenticity.”

―Lindsey, Lead Experience Designer

The work beneath the work.

Sometimes the focus is practical.

  • Clarifying your next move.

  • Strengthening executive presence.

  • Navigating stakeholder tension.

Making a meaningful decision with steadiness.

Sometimes the work is more developmental.

  • Rebuilding trust in your own judgment.

  • Integrating parts of your identity that have felt split.

  • Learning to lead without abandoning your body or your values.

At its core, this is capacity-building work. The ability to meet complexity without collapsing. The ability to make choices that reflect who you are now, not who you used to be.

“Nat's coaching has profoundly impacted me, personally and professionally. I got my mojo back! My curiosity leads me, and it empowers me to use my voice.”

―Millie, Messaging & Narrative Lead

The rhythm of our work.

Most coaching engagements are six months. We meet every other week for 60 minutes. Between sessions, you will have practices or experiments designed to support real-world integration.

This is not surface advice. It is developmental work that unfolds over time. We build awareness. We practice new ways of responding.

We strengthen your ability to design your livelihood with intention.

The standard investment for a six-month coaching engagement is $5,000.

I offer sliding scale rates for LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC clients, disabled and neurodivergent clients, and people doing meaningful community or movement-based work. If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to name that in our consultation. We can explore what feels possible.

“I'm left with a renewed sense of self-worth, greater enjoyment of my job, and a positive outlook for the growth of my career.”

―Niko, Product Marketing Lead

Why this stays small.

I work with a limited number of coaching clients each year. My primary professional focus is product leadership, and coaching is a focused extension of that work. I am a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and have been coaching professionally since 2022.

If you are looking for quick tactical fixes, I am likely not your person. If you are ready for thoughtful partnership as you navigate transition, leadership, or identity shifts in your work, I would be glad to connect.

To your livelihood,

Nat
